For Triangle Liquidators, I produced an instructional and brand-forward videos designed to educate new customers on the online auction process while increasing awareness of their physical locations.
The video walks viewers through how to participate in auctions, from setting up an account to placing bids, while also highlighting where and how to pick up items. The goal was to simplify the user experience and make the platform more accessible to both everyday consumers and resellers.
By combining clear, step-by-step guidance with engaging visuals of inventory and pickup locations, the final piece supports customer onboarding and reinforces Triangle Liquidators’ value proposition—offering high-quality goods at significantly reduced prices.
